Logistics Park Moerdijk (LPM) is a modern and flexible development site of around 720,000 sqm, divided into two zones. Development Cell 2 includes about 300,000 sqm of warehouse space across three separate buildings. Cell 3 offers roughly 200,000 sqm, spread over two warehouses.

Each warehouse can be tailored for single or multi-tenant use, with unit sizes ranging from approximately 25,000 to 100,000 sqm.

All projects have full permits and access to high-capacity electricity connections. Every new building will be certified under BREEAM standards, with an ‘Excellent’ rating.

LPM (Logistics Park Moerdijk) is the European multimodal logistical hub and situated between the Port of Rotterdam (NLD) and Port of Antwerp (BE). It is one of the few locations in the Netherlands where large-scale distribution centers can be developed and built.

Direct Access to Seaport Moerdijk – No Time Wasted

The location of Logistics Park Moerdijk (LPM) was chosen in part due to its potential for multimodal handling of the goods flow. This feature defines LPM’s competitive edge and is key to the sustainable development of a logistics area.

LPM is directly connected to the motorway network, but the facilities for water and rail transshipment are not located on the site itself but on the adjacent Moerdijk seaport and industrial area.

Upon request, all rental spaces can be adapted according to the future tenant’s requirements. To a certain extent, adjustments may be made even if a building is already under construction in order to accommodate the tenant’s special technical requirements.
